Small Group Training consists of position specific/personalized training for attack, midfield, defense, and goalies of all ages and ability levels (expert to novice).
Sessions are broken up into a youth, high school, and goalie groups.*8 player cap per youth/high school session, 4 player cap per goalie session
The goal of this training camp is to prep. incoming high school lacrosse athletes for the increased level of skill, speed, athleticism, and knowledge that comes with high school lacrosse. This is coached/ led by the surrounding area high school lacrosse coaches and current/past college lacrosse athletes.
Ages: 9th Grade/ 1st year High School Athlete - OPEN TO ALL
The goal of this training camp is to prepare youth lacrosse players for their upcoming spring lacrosse season. This includes position specific training for ALL positions. This camp is coached and led by the Moorhead High School Coaching Staff.
Ages: 14U & below (youth) - OPEN TO ALL
This training camp will focus on conditioning and fundamentals to include hip strengthening, foot/hand work, mobility, positioning, and hand/eye coordination. Goalies are grouped by age and skill level. Video analysis will be used to evaluate each goalie.
Ages: All Ages - OPEN TO ALL
Individual training sessions are available for all players who are looking to have one on one coaching. These sessions last for 1 hour and are designed for your position needs. Session times and dates may vary. Please contact us at artiklacrosse@gmail.com to schedule your time.
