Pre-Season Training & Live Competition

Players

Be fully prepared for the upcoming spring lacrosse season using a combination of individual skill training and live competition. Each age group will be in their own section of the Fargo Sports Center's large indoor turf facility. The first half each session will be a skill development that includes: position specific training, small sided drills, goalie specific drills, and competition. The second half of each session will be Olympic 6's competitive play with each age group. This format will allow us to introduce/refine individual skills and have those skills put to the test in live competitive play. 


Dates: Sundays, March 8, 15, 22, 29

Age Groups: High School | 14U | 12U | 10U, 8U, 6U

Gender: Boys & Girls

Goalies

The goalie specific portion of the training camp will focus on conditioning and fundamentals to include hip strengthening, foot/hand work, mobility, positioning, and hand/eye coordination. Goalies are grouped by age and skill level. Video analysis during live competition will be used to evaluate each goalie.

Small Group Fall/ Summer Training

Small Group Training consists of position specific/personalized training for attack, midfield, defense, and goalies of all ages and ability levels (expert to novice).


Sessions are broken up into a youth, high school, and goalie groups.*8 player cap per youth/high school session, 4 player cap per goalie session

Individual Training

Individual training sessions are available for all players who are looking to have one on one coaching. These sessions last for 1 hour and are designed for your position needs. Session times and dates may vary. Please contact us at artiklacrosse@gmail.com to schedule your time.
